Yogatique is a quite new yoga studio located in a back soi of Sukhumvit 23, near Asoke BTS. Created by 2 farangs and nested under the roof of a small building, you can easily feel the homy atmosphere that Minh and Max are building in the studio.
As there are many yoga studios in town, Yogatique decided to offer some specific things such as a real approach of yoga for beginners (Yoga Virgins classes) and for older people in addition to a vast amount of courses that are more usual. Proposing many different styles of yoga, Yogatique let his teachers follow his own vibes and style and propose different practices atmospheres in the different courses.
Yoga classes available
Yogatique proposes a big amount of classes divided by level and physical requirements (mild, medium spicy, spicy). Vinyasa (flow) courses are the most frequent, but it’s absolutely not the only kind of yoga proposed : prenatal yoga is also proposed twice a week and evening sessions with music let you practice in a very different atmosphere.
From 3 courses a day in the weekend, you’ll find more yoga lessons available during the week. The wake up sessions are at 7am (too early for me to be honnest) and the latest session is at 8pm. In between, a solid schedule that should fit most of the timings. I just felt a lack of consistency in the after work timings (7pm only available on mondays and wednesdays).
Yogatique price and offers
The price list is pretty clear and quite affordable.
I like the drop-in at only 450thb + if it’s your first trial, you usually get a second lesson for free to try something different (Sivananda yoga when you tried first Vinyasa for example). Love the idea !
10 class package is at 3,500thb.
1 year unlimited is at 30,000thb.
Update : Note that there are showers in the studio.
Also note that you can try this studio with the Guavapass offer.
