Yoga Elements – Review

Yoga Elements is one of the oldest yoga studio in Bangkok. Created in 2001, Yoga Elements worked hard to create a nice reputation and a powerful visibility without becoming a franchise. The place is nice and full of light with a direct view on the surroundings, making it a great place to enjoy a yoga session.

Adrian Cox, the founder of the studio is teaching daily and his path mixed yoga, ayurveda, philosophy and meditation.

The studio is located conveniently between Nana and Asoke right on Sukhumvit road. The studio is now praised by many different reliable sources and is a place to recommand if you live in central Bangkok. Even Lonely Planet ranked Yoga Elements as one of the Top 25 yoga studio in the world.

Yoga classes available

With over 15 teachers, Yoga Elements propose a lot of time frames and different kind of classes : Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, basics and some specific trainings such as hand stands, sun salutations or backward bends. You can also practice some prenatal yoga if you are pregnant (not all yoga studios propose that).

Note that there are no hot yoga classes proposed.

During the weekend, the classes are spread out between 10am and 5pm. A relatively small amount of options are available (3 to 4 classes per day).

You’ll have more chance to fit your schedule during the week days with up to 10 classes per day from 7am for the early birds to 9pm for the after work session.

Let’s say it, Yoga Elements is not cheap. The regular prices are quite high but there are quite often some special packages and offers. Their trial offer is very interesting at 2,500thb for 15 classes in 1 month. Definitely worth a try, before committing to this studio for a longer period. The 1 year subscription also often gets a discount, check it out !

Prices :

Trial : 15 classes for 30 days : 2,500thb
Unlimited 1 year : 39,000thb
Update : Yoga Elements also propose a 30 class package at 6,900thb. Pretty interesting !
